QA/QC Introduction

We specialize in the production of numerous of bags and paper products. We regard quality as the life through the whole enterprise.
In order to ensure providing clients 100% product satisfaction, a comprehensive QC policy has been instituted to cover all aspects of the manufacturing procedure.
Our company is equipped with advanced production lines and all the requisite quality inspection instruments. All our specialized personnel have taken a long-term training when they joined into our company. The procedure of production is as follows:
A. All raw materials and components are carefully checked and selected by purchaser and warehouseman before being put in warehouse.
B. The workshop executive director follows the whole process while making rounds. Any discrepancy will be pointed out and then put right, or even re-made.
C. Inspectors strictly check the whole products one by one in accordance with requirement. Any error will be picked out and discarded. Through inspection, if there are 10% products with problem of the whole parcel, in any case, the whole series must be sent back.
D. Staffs from sales department and production department meet every one week, discussing and putting forward solution for the problems that appeared in their operations.
